ORDERING
Order by phone, fax or email.
ACCOUNTS
Thirty day accounts are extended to corporations, individuals, educational institutions and government agencies on approved credit. Credit applications will gladly be sent upon request or can be downloaded here. Orders from new customers wishing to open account credit may be delayed pending establishment of the account. To expedite the first order we recommend a cheque or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) be sent with the order along with the request for a credit application. TERMS OF TRADING FOR ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS
Our Terms are strictly "PAYMENT IN 30 DAYS FROM PROOF OF DESPATCH". It is important that you adhere to our terms in order that we function in a viable and efficient manner. Overdue accounts will not be extended further credit until the account is brought up to date. All goods remain the property of Westernex Supply until fully paid for and are subject to a romalpa clause. Our full Trading Terms can be downloaded here.
BACKORDERS
It is our intention to maintain adequate stock of all catalogue items. Fluctuation in demand sometimes necessitates the backorder of an item as we endeavour to restock. We will keep you advised of the anticipated shipping dates and continue the backorder subject to your direction. We will ship the balance of your order as soon as we receive it.
DELIVERY
Freight can be arranged both domestically and internationally.
QUOTATIONS
We welcome the opportunity to provide quotations on quantity orders for specific catalogue items. Quoted prices will be honoured for 30 days from quotation time. Written confirmation of quotation will be supplied upon request.
