COMMON FREIGHT CODES USED:
P1 - AIRFREIGHT - URGENT
This priority is used for URGENT shutdown spares. This priority requires immediate action and costs discussed prior to implementation.
P2 - AIRFREIGHT - NEXT AVAILABLE
This priority is used for requests for shutdown spares. The fastest commercial airfreight service will be used (normally DHL or TNT). P2 orders will not await consolidation with other orders, as soon as the order is available it will be dispatched on the next available airfreight service.
P3 - AIRFREIGHT - WEEKLY CONSOLIDATED
This priority is for non-shutdown spares that cannot await sea freight. P3 orders will generally be consolidated on a weekly basis to maximise cost savings in airfreight and arrival fees.
P4 - SEA FREIGHT - CONSOLIDATED
Orders are consolidated for shipping on a fortnightly or monthly basis.
P5 - SEA FREIGHT - LCL
Orders are shipped as they arrive on the next available vessel by LCL and do not wait for consolidating on the next (FCL) Full container load
P6 - ROAD FREIGHT - URGENT
Orders are shipped locally Overnight on express couriers.
P7 - ROAD FREIGHT - WEEKLY CONSOLIDATED
Orders are despatched to relevant Transport Companies for weekly deliveries to site.
